The theme music for the weather forecast on CCTV 9

I've searched high and low and even had no response from the China Central Television - CCTV official website.

It is a beautiful piece of music and in my ex-home was jokingly called 'Dave the Slave's tune'.

Does anyone know the name of the tune?

I have found it

I asked some Chinese friends yesterday and the tune is called 'Mo Li Hua' 茉莉花 which means 'Jasmine'.
