 When you see Chinese street vendors selling or making food your first thoughts will be of hygiene.&amp;nbsp; After you&#39;ve live in China for even a short time you&#39;ll discover that this should be furthest from your mind.&amp;nbsp; In fact, the only time I have ever suffered from bad food was after a meal in a 5-Star restaurant in Dalian.&lt;br /&gt;
