Chinese Street Vendors Part II

When you see Chinese street vendors selling or making food your first thoughts will be of hygiene.  After you've live in China for even a short time you'll discover that this should be furthest from your mind.  In fact, the only time I have ever suffered from bad food was after a meal in a 5-Star restaurant in Dalian.
