This sign is in the Ji Fa garden centre in Beidaihe, Hebei province. There are articles about this place in this website and for any visitor to the Qinhuangdao / Beidaihe area Ji Fa is a must-see place. I get in for nothing, thanks to my guanxi (who I know).
