The Chinese love lions. They love lions almost as much as they love dragons. Every bank or palatial maison will have lions at the door or gate.

The love them that much that they even go to great lengths to trim their dogs to resemble lions.

Here's one such example. This fine specimen of a pedigree was patroling the doorway of the pet shop his owners have. I have two pictures, but here's just one of them.
